Usage MetricsThe hosting service used for the Application’s API may collect general access metrics, such as timestamps and bandwidth consumption. This data is anonymized and not linked to individual users. The Service Provider does not store or analyze this data for any purpose beyond ensuring service performance.
The Application does not share, sell, or transmit user data to third parties. All data processed within the Application remains strictly within its environment and is not stored externally except when required for functionality, such as through hosting services.
However, please note that the Application relies on third-party services for hosting and other operational functions. These third-party providers may have access to certain user data as part of their service delivery, but the Application ensures that any such access is limited to what is necessary for performance and functionality. Users can prevent the collection and processing of their information by ceasing to use the Application and uninstalling it through their device's standard uninstall procedures.
The Service Provider does not retain user-provided data. All data provided by the user is processed temporarily and deleted once it is no longer required for the application's operation. If you would like to ensure that any data you have provided is deleted, please log out of the Application. By logging out, all locally stored data will be removed. The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (setghm@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. Since the data is processed and transmitted securely over the internet, the Service Provider ensures that industry-standard encryption protocols are used to protect your data during transmission.
